Only submit a booking form and deposit if you have already received an availability confirmation from me.

Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of this form and a $200 retainer (non-refundable deposit).
Final balance is due 1 month (30 days) before your wedding date or rehearsal.
For bookings within 30 days of your event, the full amount is due.

A few things worth mentioning

  1. Please read through the FAQ page for some important details about my services.
  2. The ceremonies I perform are civil in nature, meaning strictly non-religious with no mention of higher powers or religious readings. I don’t do prayers or sermons. I welcome the couple to express themselves in their vows if they feel compelled to include spirituality, or in readings by other guests, but I respectfully decline to read those pieces.
  3. I ask that our ceremony and guest area be non-smoking, even when outdoors.
